Guided Presentation, Tasting, and Live Pianist

Enjoy a guided presentation and tasting led by Jeff Gavoni of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, spotlighting two exceptional varietals:
Sauvignon Blanc — bright, crisp, and expressive
Cabernet Sauvignon — bold, structured, and full-bodied
Each guest will also receive one bottle of their choice (red or white) to enjoy with dinner.

Sliced & roasted pear, Cana de Cabra goat cheese, and high-end milk chocolate.

White-wine-forward Trio of Shrimp Scampi garnished with shaved Parmesan.

Main Course
14oz dry-aged pork chop rib eye (red-wine forward) with brandied fruit sauce, whipped Yukon Gold potatoes with smoked Gouda, roasted baby rainbow carrots, and dried blood orange wheel.

Dessert Course
A festive assortment of holiday mini pastries featuring Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Petit Fours, and assorted mini pastries.
