Grand Ballroom

The newly renovated 4,600 sq. ft., 50' x 92' Ballroom can fit 140 attendees in a classroom setting, 300 for a banquet or 400 for a reception. The ballroom can divide into 3 separate sections, Hampton - Exeter - Portsmouth.

The 1,200 sq. ft, 30' x 40' Rose room can accommodate 25 of your attendees for a conference, 24 in a classroom or meeting setting, 50 for a banquet, and 100 in a theater-style or for a reception.
