Classes run every Wednesday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., led by the team at Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness. All levels are welcome, and families are too, so bring everyone along.
Please sign up to reserve your spot. Guests staying with us join free by entering the code ASHWORTHGUEST at checkout, and yoga mats are provided at no charge. Just meet us on the deck and we will check you in. Come flow with a spectacular view, and if it happens to rain, class simply moves inside to Breakers.
