The 4,600 sq. ft., 50’ x 92’ Ballroom can accommodate 140 attendees in a classroom setting, 350 for a banquet or 400 for a reception. The ballroom can divide into three seperate section, Hampton - Exeter - Portsmouth.
The 1,968 sq. ft., 41’ x 48’ Hampton room can accommodate 40 attendees for conferences, 100 in a classroom or meeting setting, 125 theater or banquet style settings, and 150 attendees for a reception.
The 1,100 sq. ft., 22’ x 50’ Exeter room can accommodate 25 for a conference, 40 in a classroom or meeting setting, 50 theater or banquet style, and 80 for a reception.
The 1,653 sq. ft., 29’ x 57’ Portsmouth room can accommodate 40 for a conference, 80 for a banquet, 100 for a classroom, meeting, or a reception set up, and 175 theater-style.
