    Ashworth by the Sea is now open year-round!
  • Ashworth Parking Options
    For all Ashworth guests, a Parking Fee is charged for stays from April - October. The first vehicle is $25 per night and additional vehicles are $25 each per night.
  • Local Area Parking Options

    Pay Display metered parking is available along the beach for an hourly fee. Fees vary per season.

    Central Parking is a private parking lot located in the center of Hampton Beach and offers overnight parking. Parking rates vary per season.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Please note that hotel guests must provide notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to arrival for stays from May 1st to October 1st.

    A 48-hour notice of cancellation must be provided for stays excluding the dates mentioned above. We accept personal checks 20 days prior to your arrival and accept all major credit cards.

    Vacancies caused by early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to the forfeiture of one night's room and tax.

The closest airport is Manchester, NH Airport, fifty minutes from Hampton Beach.

    Our New Hampshire beach hotel is located near some of the area's most popular outdoor attractions including Hampton Beach, fishing and whale watching and Hampton Harbor Cruises.

    Within just a few miles of the hotel you can also find outlet shopping, a museum, a zoo, and a water park all in a historic harbor setting.
